I’m not gonna lie – it was an exhausting week, my friends! Four all day 2019 planning meetings and 2 team dinners with my clients! By Friday, my brain was fried – but no time for that! Last week I had so much fun back in my friend fabulous fashionista and impeccable IP attorney Leela Madan of Madan Law. We styled Leela for a week of power client meetings, networking events, peer and mentor group gatherings as well as an interview she conducted with a potential new attorney joining her practice. Leela’s firm has a laid back comfortable vibe, but they are very serious about what they do and how they take care of their clients – somewhat of a wardrobe challenge.
Last week I had the pleasure of playing in my friend bad ass banker and fabulous fashionista Laquita Passmore’s closet. We had so much fun catching up over a bottle of champagne and planning for what we thought was going to be a laid back casual pre holiday week.

And then there is the other philosophy which goes something like this: the waistband isn’t what is making you miserable, you did this to yourself by overeating.
